For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, My Secret Drawer® is defined as ‘the manager’ and you are defined as the ‘member’.
- All prices are displayed here on the Australian site (https://mysecretdrawer.com/au) are in AUD.
- Membership entitles the member to:
1. One complete set of high quality lingerie per month. A set is either a bra and panties; a bra, panties and suspender belt; a body suit or full body stocking; a corset and panties; a bustier and panties; or a gown and panties. Delivery is included.
2. A minimum 10% saving on any item available in our online store. This saving extends to all sexual health items.
- Monthly lingerie sets are selected by the Manager, discretely but beautifully packaged and despatched on the 15th of each month. A tracking code will be available from the 17th of each month.
- You must nominate your required clothing size on joining. Size charts are clearly shown on every item and can also be found here. You can change that size nomination at any time by simply logging in to your membership portal and updating your details.
- Membership commences immediately upon acceptance of your initial membership payment. You will be notified of such acceptance both online and via email. The email will clearly show the date on which your membership commences.
- Membership has both an initial and recurring subscription fee of $49.95 per calendar month. The subscription fee includes standard delivery to anywhere in Australia. By subscribing, you, the member, accept full responsibility for all charges incurred by you prior to and up to the cancellation of your membership. Your membership will automatically renew and be billed to your nominated payment method on your monthly joining date anniversary.
- It is your sole responsibility to ensure funds are available for such transactions. Should a subscription renewal debit be refused by your payment provider, your membership will be immediately suspended until payment is made.
- You can cancel your membership at any time. To do so, you must login to your account and cancel before the next monthly renewal date. For example, if you join on the 23rd of any month, your cancellation must occur on or prior to the 22nd of the month in which you notify cancellation.
- Should you ever receive an item that has a manufacturing fault, please immediately email [email protected]/au for a return authorisation. A replacement item will be sent immediately.
- Our sizing is accurate and clearly displayed. It is essential that you nominate the correct size as no exchange or refund is available due to the personal nature of lingerie. If your size is ‘borderline’, we recommend you go up to the next size. In the unlikely event that we deliver an incorrect size, we will immediately despatch a replacement. You need only contact us at [email protected]/au for a return authorisation.
- The cost of membership is subject to change at the Manager’s discretion. However, a minimum of 90 days’ notice will be emailed to all members prior to any such change occurring. There will also be a notice displayed in the membership section of the My Secret Drawer web site clearly showing the date on which any increase will occur.
- Any coupons and or promotional offers made by My Secret Drawer or any affiliated entity cannot be applied towards your membership fees unless such offer is specifically stated by and approved by the Manager.
- The Manager reserves the right to reasonably amend these Terms and conditions as required by law and/or economic circumstances. Members will receive 30 days advance notice of any such changes via email and a notice in the membership section of the My Secret Drawer web site.
