Orders and Shipping
Priority shipping generally takes two to three days to most of Australia. Our standard shipping uses Australia Post Parcel Service. This can take from three to seven days depending on your location. Note that some remote locations may require an extra day or two.
Just click on the ‘My Account’ icon at the top right of this page and follow the instructions. As soon as you complete your registration, you’ll be eligible for an automatic 10% discount and $5 standard shipping!
Just log in to your account by clicking on the ‘My Account’ icon on the top right, log in and then scroll to ‘Addresses’ on the left. You can update both billing and delivery addreses.
You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as the order is ready for despatch. This tracking number will also be available in your Member account.
When you order through our site, the transaction occurs privately between you and your funds provider. We do not see or record any of the details.
GST is already included in our pricing. It is shown separately on your receipt.

Yes, we are usually able to add all products within the one package. On rare occassions, we may ship parts of your order from different locations, in which case, you will receive two tracking numbers.

Returns and Exchanges
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. Return your order unworn, with all labels still attached and in the original packaging for a replacement or full refund.
You will be provided with a return label with all required information.

We take all care to ensure your order is fulfilled correctly but, if we’ve made an error, rest assured we’ll fix it. Just message or email us and we will give you a post-paid return authorization.
We take great care to clearly show both our designs and colours in order to avoid this possibility. In regard to sizing, our size charts are accurate but, if in doubt, we strongly recommend ordering one size larger.
You will need to email us immediately as once an order is despatched, there is no way for us to recall it.
Absolutely! No children or forced labour are involved in any part of our supply chain.
If we intend to restock a design or colour, you can add it to your wishlist inside your account. We will then notify you when it is back in stock.
